Thammasat Childhood Development Center

Since 1999, faculty of nursing, Thammasat University, has established Childhood Development Center to be an operational facility for nursing students and provide related public services as a childcare facility for Thammasat University staff who have children and for communities nearby. Even students who have babies and want to continue studying can also used the childcare service.

Anti-discrimination and Anti-harassment in Thammasat: Policies and Mechanisms

In 2019 – 2020, Thammasat University (TU) took anti-discrimination and -harassment very seriously. In 2019, TU cooperated with The United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) and associated agency like Thai Health Promotion Foundation, a private organization for gender diversity and health. TU Say No To Sexual Harassment on Campus

In November 2019, Thammasat University, UN Women, and domestic partner such as Thai Health Promotion Foundation and NGOs on gender and health issues, launched a project to end sexual harassment on campus under a concept “Generation Equality”. Thammasat University is the first university in the region on this issue.
